Put on half a kilo and incread BF by 3.6 per cent! WTF ! Don t be Arson about with this product when there are much better ones on the market such as UltraLean FX or Shredded. DFW

Arson: Hi, Just after a recommendation for a fat burner really. I m tempted by Arson but noticed there s no feedback scores on it. I ve tried Sci-Mx Pyro Mx, LA Muscle Fat Stripper & Fat Stripper Intense, Grenades & just started a tub of Thermobol. Trying to get a 6 pack & my abs started to show quite a while ago but progress seems to have slowed. How does Arson compare to the stuff I ve already tried I d probably say Pyro was the most effective. I was hoping for good things from Grenades but didn t really see any results & I ve noticed u don t stock them on here. Never had any side effects from stimulants - don t really feel any difference when I take them to be honest. Thanks.

I would ensure you're getting adequate protein levels in before looking at fat burners. Protein will help preserve muscle tissue, keep your metabolism elevated and ultimately, enhance fat loss.

Arson is a good product but when I was cutting I found Biorhythm's Ultra Lean to be great, too. We also have coupon discount codes for this if you join our online forum as well, Iain. I'd look into joining so we could discuss more in depth and hopefully allow myself and others to give you a more comprehensive reply.

I tried them for the first time this morning before getting a chance to read your reply and i did go for the full dosage twice today. I seem to be fine. In fact I was surprised how quick they acted whilst I was doing the cardio. They gave me a huge energy boost similar to that from no-xplode. Speaking of no-xplode I am stacking this along with cellmass on my 3 weight days. Is it ok to take arson along with this (as the arson packaging advised no other caffinated product to be taken at the same time) and is arson only for use on training days or 7 days per week If not how many days on/off would you reccomend. I do have a cheat meal (for psychological and metabolism reasons) once a week so I m thinking of buying Cheaters (which I have used before). Again could this be stacked with arson. Sorry if this is long winded but to help you answer the only other supplements I am using is whey protein 2 scoops twice daily (post workout - AM, and lunch time) and glutamine (AM pre-workout as I have breakfast afterwards, and before bed.

Craig we'd advise using the Arson 7 days a week for maximum effect. You really want to be using it to get maximum results and then come off it. Any fat burner will lose effectiveness after extended use, your body simply starts to adjust to it, so you are best getting the biggest results you can before taking a break from it.

We wouldn't recommend taking Arson at the same time as NO Xplode as this would be an extremely high dose of stimulants, even for someone like yourself who clearly tolerates them very well. If possible use the NO Xplode just before training and use the Arson an hour or more before this. Or you can use slightly less of the No Xplode whilst using the Arson.

Cheater's Relief and similar products is fine to use alongside Arson, just as long as it's for the occasional weekly cheat meal and not an overly regular thing.

All these should be fine with your current supplement regime.

Arson [Muscle Asylum]: Just ordered this product after reading good reviews. Whilst I m not a body builder I do want to get shredded/ripped to reveal my 6/8 pack. I have lost 6.5 stone (18.5 to 12 stone) in a year so far and body fat is down to about 11 . My top 3 pairs of abs are just visible but the bottom pair is still concealed. I have a good diet and I train 6 days a week (3 days weights) but getting impatient. I ve used other thermogenics before (Thermonex, Hydroxycut and latest Boiling Point). With these I have a good tolerance on full dosage. Would I be able to start Arson on the full dosage or is it still reccomended to start on a low dosage

Craig that's a lot of fat loss congratulations. Of course, that final stubborn amount of fat, especially around the lower belly can be harder to shift than any other and it can require some extreme tactics as this is usually part of the visceral fat that is metabolically hard to free up.

Arson may be a definite improvement for you in particular as it also helps reduce water retention which is often part of the problem, as well as actual fat cells. If you have good tolerance with those other products you should be able to move up to full dose of Arson quite quickly, but we would say it's slightly stronger than the others you mention, so it may be wise to build up the dose over three or four days just to ensure you tolerate it well.

To see the complete set of abs can often mean getting down to bodyfat levels of below 6 percent and in some men nearer to 4 percent, for total definition, which is obviously a lot more extreme than most men ever achieve. It is absolutely possible but it will require an incredibly strict dietary approach, a lot more training than usual and possibly some uncomfortable cravings as you really hit low levels.

The good news is once you've achieved it the first time around, it is possible to get low and stay low much easier from then on. Lean people tend to stay lean. You've already proved you have a lot of discipline to drop so much weight so fast so stick with it and investigate the full diet options. Along with products like Arson, you should be able to reach complete ab display in 3 to 6 months.
