[MRI] Pro-NOS: Can you please tell me when its best to toake this product on training and non training days I am also taking Biorhythm Krealkalyn should this be taken at the same time as NOS

Take it post-workout as it contains whey isolate. As it is also designed to provide a consistent surge of amino's, you can also use as a meal throughout the day in between your already existing one's.
Carry on taking the kre-alkalyn as normal. These products do not clash so no need to worry. |
