Steven	Question	[Met-RX] Super Joint Guard: Please can you advise how many days supply this is. It says 1 capsule is a serving but then says take 3 a day. Does the 1 capsule serving give the amounts given for each ingredient
	Answer	Steven the amounts listed are per capsule and each serving is 1 capsule. However based on a hard training male athlete MET-RX recommend that 3 servings per day offers the optimum amounts of these ingredients. This would give you 20 days servings. If you are under 170lbs in weight or already get some of these ingredients from other supplements you may not need 3 capsules per day and can probably reduce this to 2.
