p chauhan	Question	Amped [Met-Rx]: I have been currently taking amped for a while and before amped i used no xplode but i have been wondering whether if there is a cut off phase when using this stuff as you have with using other creatine sports supplements like having to stop using it for 3 to4 weeks then continue the cycle again. I have been told it vcan cause serious damage to your kidneys if you constantly keep using using amped/ no xplode without taking a break from it.
	Answer	It's not a necessity to come off at all, although a lot of people do like to cycle off N.O based sports supplements to maintain their effectiveness due to their stimulant content. there is no evidence to suggest creatine content causes damage to your kidneys in decent amounts. This is simply a myth.
