Recommended Usage For Liquid Amino by Met-RX
For adults, take two tablespoons Liquid Aminos (30mL) three times daily, diluted with water. Take two tablespoons of Met-RX Liquid Aminos immediately before your workout and two tablespoons Liquid Aminos immediately after your workout.
