	09/04/2008	Promax Diet: Been taking this for the last 7 weeks as a supplement rather than meal replacement (to help shift pounds will maintaining lean muscle). Have so far lost 18lbs fat and gained 4lb muscle. Working hard, but I m sure this has helped a great deal. Rob

	08/08/2007	Promax Diet by MaxiMuscle: Used this instead of regular promax while cutting. Does the job and has some of the smaller ingredients for fat loss which saves buying some other bits and pieces. Not the best value maximuscle product tho as below said. Lyle
