Progain Extreme: I ve just started with Progain xtreme strawberry flavour and i have to say it tastes absolute s***. Ive taken 2 today and the second shake left me close to retching after i bolted it. Perhaps this was not the best way to have it but i really didn t want to have to drink it slowly. Is it really worth it and is there anything you can do besides adding milk to make it taste better Has anyone tried adding some neat blackcurrent juice or something
Also do you find that it makes you pretty gassy in your stomach

You can lose fat and build muscle simultaneously. You just have to be a lot more careful with your calories. Try to eat more in the post-workout period and less during the day; staying to clean foods the majority of the time. You could also switch to Promax only if you don't want the additional calories from Progain.

Progain Extreme: Hi, im currently using progain extreme twice a day, everday. But on the days i go to the gym, would i be getting better results if i had prograin extreme in the morning, and then Biorhythm s After glow supplement after my workout Or should i just stick to this prodcut after aswell

Hi Jam, After glow is designed for after workouts where as Progain is used to help increase your calorie/protein intake throughout the day. I would personally opt for After Glow.... its very addictive.

Hi jason.

Because progain extreme and cyclone both contain a substantial amount of creatine, i would avoid using them in conjunction like you said - especially together, an hour before and after. You can still use your cyclone post workout and then use the progain as a base weight gainer or meal replacement throughout the day. This is a much more suitable option.

Progain Extreme by Maximuscle: Hello, i am am looking to gain weight in muscle. i intend to use progain extreme and am going to the gym 3 times a week for 1 hour, i will use progain extreme both before and after gym sessions but simply cannot affoprd to drink it on none-gym days. will i still gain fast weight if i only drink progain on gym days along with my protien rich diet

use a less expensive product that you can afford to use every day. Quantity and regularity are the keys to progress.

I was thinking to upgrade to progain extreme but i read it contains also creatine would it be advisable to take it, since cyclone contains creatine too thank you

If you use Cyclone twice a day, every day, then dont take additional creatine. However if you use Cyclone less than that. then you can certainly benefit from taking more
