Hi Harry. Creatamax is entirely natural, as it creatine, naturally produced by the body and also found in meat proteins such as fish in good quantities. Creatine is just three amino acids formed together to make the compound, and like I stated, naturally occuring in the body so you have no reason to worry about side effects or stunting of growth. I took creatine at 13/14 if I recall correctly, and never had a problem.

Creatine is an excellent supplement to take, and will definitely help improve your rugby performance. It is probably the most frequently used product/supplement within the sport of rugby, so this will definitely help you benefit from explosive strength and the added power.

I will revert back to the cyclone in a month or two - but wanted to try a pure creatine product an see if that made any difference. Also would it be safe for me to take a shake of createmax just before a work out, and 10 minutes after take viper, then going to the gym, and then as a post work out take another shake of createmax - or is this too much to take within a short space of time. I would obviously then phase myself during the day with the protein - like morning, lunch, night etc. My goal is to build muscle and bulk up. thanks

Jase, you should be fine to take the products as you describe, but obviously it will depend how strong your digestion is. Some people migh find that much liquid and sugars forced down makes them sick but if you are fine with it, then it will work fine. A good basic protein supplement, cost effective but excellent for use alone or to add to other meals for extra protein is the Reflex Instant Whey. It's not the finest protein in the world but it is excellent quality for the cost. If you want to move up a level the Peptide Fusion, also by Reflex, is their premier product and has about the best protein ratios in the business. It's decent value if you can afford to buy in bulk. You should be aiming for about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for mass gains ideally. This spread over 5 to 6 meals a day, every two to three hours usually. You should also look at how much protein you get from whole foods first to see how many shakes to use.

Creatamax Extreme [Maximuscle]: Hi, I m about to start a course of the creatamax taking it twice daily, and taking a break from the cyclone which i ve been on for months and works wonders. I ve received my order and the tub says that for the first 4-5 days take 4 times a day - is this necessary I was planning on taking it just before a workout, and straight after. I was also going to use the Viper drink to help boost energy levels. Would I see any benefit from doing this My intention was to try this for a month or 2, as i ve been on cyclone an just wanted a change to see if it made any further difference. thanks

Jase, to some extent Creatamax Extreme features some of the same properties as Cyclone. However it is based around the creatine loading format and doesn't utilise the food protein part of Cyclone. You will still require a high protein source somewhere in your diet as it's protein that supplies the raw ingredient for muscle growth. The 4 to 5 day loading phase is common with some creatine products, the idea being to saturate the muscle cells with this and cause a swelling in intracelluar volume, helping pack on some size and muscle fullness in a short time. This is not absolutely essential as creatine still offers strength and explosive lifting benefits to muscles when used at normal doses and will eventually saturate muscles over several weeks without a loading phase, it's really optional as to whether you want the sudden weight gain or are happy to have more productive workouts and the weight gain to come gradually. As for Viper, if you are involved in lots of endurance or mixed speed, endurance sports or workouts then it can make a major difference, however, again, Viper is an energy supplement and not a protein or muscle building supplement. Cyclone is an all in one, based on a high protein shake, but with various popular supplements thrown in to keep things simple - which is why Cyclone is so popular. Of course you can go for a strict protein shake and add in things like Creatamax and Viper etc to tailor your dietary needs a bit more specifically than using an All-In-One supplement such as Cyclone which is going to be the same dose for everyone, regardless of individual requirements. It's a judgement call and down to individual preference and goals.

Hi Adi, Creatamax Extreme will have no negative side effects on sperm quality or quantity, motility or any other aspect of sexual function or conception. Its a perfectly healthy and natural way of improving the energy function for explosive movements but has no effect on hormones or reproductive systems. The only products you should avoid are pro hormones which may temporarily reduce sperm levels during use. You should also look into ZMA if trying to conceive, for both of you, these compounds have shown to improve both fertility and maintain healthy sex drives and reduce stress. Zinc is one of the primary components of healthy sperm in men and natural hormone function in women too.

[Maximuscle] Creatamax Extreme: Hi guys, really like using this stuff to load up occasionally about a month every four or so. Results work for me but it gets costly. Is there any other product you could recommend that does a similar job but not as expensive for regular use If not I ll keep using this obviously but might just have to use it less often for the poor beaten wallet!

Hi Darryl, if your main aim is regular heavy loading of creatine the Reflex Creatine Uptake System is quite similar but works out a lot cheaper for frequent use. Note the Reflex product is a straight creatine loader and does not have the Glutamine or Glycerine pump and recovery parts of the Creatamax Extreme, but it will still do the job of loading creatine and may be a better choice in your case. A tub of glutamine alongside may help but work out cheaper as well over several months use.
