In theory it would make the utilization of carbs more efficient, but regardless, a calorie surplus needs to be still monitored effectively and with nutrient timing applicable, even with this product used in conjunction.

LG Sciences SLIN: In your opinion, is SLIN a valid supplement to take during a keto run I know many authors recommend insulin mimics during keto runs, but I m also mindful that this is also a potentiator of natural insulin production so would also be exceptionally effective during a glycogen compensation period.

If you d indeed recommend during both phases, would you alter the dose during keto as compared to a glycogen compensation

Excellent question Mark. It's certainly an interesting debate, and a supplement like this would spark some conflicting views on the subject relating to a ketogenic diet. Personally, I'm slightly on the fence in terms of 'playing it safe' so I'd so don't use a product that may jeapordize this by potentiating insulin - as we know, the enemy to a large extent when ketones are instead used for energy.

Dependant on the type of ketogenic diet you're following, it may be fine to use on weekends for glycogen replenishment.

Slin is a different type of product to Receptor as it's an insulin potentiator. But it would definitely NOT cause estrogenic side effects / gyno, no.

SLIN by LG Sciences: every 2 hours i have a meal with 30g carbs and 20g protein how many of these tabs should i take with each of these meals and will it help gain weight easier as it s shuttling nutrients into the muscle

That is the theory James, yes. Most people stick to 1 cap when taking individually with meals and these tend to be one's high in protein and carbs.
