	Answer	Slin is a different type of product to Receptor as it's an insulin potentiator. But it would definitely NOT cause estrogenic side effects / gyno, no.

	Answer	That is the theory James, yes. Most people stick to 1 cap when taking individually with meals and these tend to be one's high in protein and carbs.
