Its not the worst taste in the world however and is tolerable after taste soon goes too. Will post back in few months to give update on muscle building qualities. sharples01

	08/11/2008	Lipotropic Protein by LG Sciences: It makes quite a thin shake but I guess it works as I remain surprisingly full and satisfied even from a small shake. Taste is a little chemical but better than EAS or maximuscle proteins. Seems to digest very well, no bloating or gas. Feel quite alert and no slump after using so I guess its not messing insulin up. Good for fat burning. Knocking one point off for the slightly chemical taste but far superior to the whey I ve used in the past. Lee

	Answer	Hi Sharples. unfortunately LG haven't been able to find a supply to consistently supply this form of gemma apparently, so it is unlikely it will continue. We are however expecting a re-formulation that will still copntain gemma, but most likely a combination of whey as well.

	Answer	Leon about 8oz of water per scoop is usually a good starting place although you can use slightly more or less depending on how thick you prefer your shakes.
