20-Hydroxy-ecdysterone: 20-Hydroxyecdysterone (referred to here as ecdysterone) is a member of a family of insect and plant derived steroid hormone, known as ecdysteroids. There are more than 300 known ecdysteroids, but 20-hydroxyecdysterone has been the most extensively researched ecdysteroid that has anabolic properties without the androgenic side effects.
