Value Protein Stack: If you want protein on a budget, but don't want to skimp on quality, then this kit is for you. It contains fast acting, slow relaease and recovery based protein products.
This kit provides you with fantastic value without any compromise on
protein quality or functionality. When taken as recommended, this kit will
last a heavy protein user with a months supply and a moderate protein user
around two months supply. Our value protein kit has been devised to
cover all the bases when it comes to protein supplementation, with a fast
release protein for first thing in the morning and before workouts, a
combination release protein for through the days and a protein and carb
blend for after a workout. 1. The Whey Isolate should be used first
thing in the morning on an empty stomach, followed by a small carbohydrate
meal, ideally a mix of simple and complex carbs. This should be mixed in
water. 2. A tablespoon of Whey Isolate should be taken 40 minutes before
a workout to preserve muscle tissue during training. This should be mixed
in water. 3. After a workout a serving of Energy Booster should be used,
mixed in water. This product uses simple carbohydrates to replenish muscle
and liver glycogen and raise insulin levels. It also uses very fast
release protein to repair muscle tissue. This product is based on
scientific studies into post exercise recovery and entering an anabolic
state. 4. Protein 90 is a blend of whey isolate and undenatured micellar
casein isolate. This provides a mix of fast and slow proteins which is
ideal for between meals and also as a final meal before sleep. This
product is best mixed with water, but can be used with milk if required. For optimum results, regardless of
your goal being to reduce body fat or add body mass, you should aim to eat
a minimum of 3 solid food meals a day containing a good balance of all
your major food groups. Obviously, when aiming to reduce body fat, you
should keep overall calories sufficiently low to achieve 1-2lb weight loss
per week.
