Protein technology has never been so advanced. Our understanding of
what types of proteins to use to maximise muscle growth and minimise time
spent in a muscle wasting catabolic state is reaching a peak. This enables
us to bring together a selection of proteins to make an unbeatable kit of
just protein. Our kit has been designed to utilise fast acting,
combination fast and slow acting, and pure slow acting sources of protein.
In addition we have chosen proteins that complement each other in their
range of amino acids and absorption rates as well as manufacturing
excellence. The kit comprises three products that should last a heavy
protein user around a month and a moderate protein user around two months,
when used as recommended. Please note that each product should be
used as we direct for maximum effectiveness. 1. The micro whey should be
used first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, followed by a small
carbohydrate meal, ideally a mix of simple and complex carbs. 2. The micro whey should also be used after a workout, with a minimum of
around 50g of simple carbohydrates (You may use a specialist recovery
supplement in place of this). 3. In all cases, micro whey must be mixed in water or juice only, and
never in milk (skimmed or otherwise). 4. The Peptide Fusion should be taken between meals, and may be taken with
a small carbohydrate meal. This product is carefully structured to be
taken in water. Taking the product in milk will unbalance the mix of
protein sources. Where you are unable to eat a balanced meal of protein,
carbohlanced carbydrates and fats, then a small serving of Peptide Fusion
along with a carbohydrate snack will suffice. 5. The Micellar Casein should be taken last thing at night. You may take
it with a complex carbohydrate meal. This product is best taken in water,
but can be taken in milk if desired. For optimum results, regardless of
your goal being to reduce body fat or add body mass, you should aim to eat
a minimum of 3 solid food meals a day containing a good balance of all
your major food groups. Obviously, when aiming to reduce body fat, you
should keep overall calories sufficiently low to achieve 1-2lb weight loss
per week.
