	Answer	Hi Josh Yes both supplements in this stack are fine for both sexes.

	Answer	You can take both of them together Sam. Take 2 Oxyelite pro's first thing (once you've built up tolerance) alongside 1 Alpha-T2, or 2 Alpha-T2's and 1 OEP. In the afternoon, do the same ion reverse (ensuring you get 3 caps of each per day). Make sure to consume on an empty stomach as insulin negates the effect of them working.

Im 42 and despite of a calorie deficit around 5-800 calories a day(I eat around 2000, I my weight is 210 lb and the BF is 19 ), weight train 4 times a week, cardio 5 x a week, a 40-40-20 energy Prot-Carb-Fat ratio, nothing seems to happen! Not even ECA stack seems to do the trick, Im immune to stimulants! Im about to go insane.... Sorry.... My question is would it be overkill to stack this stack with Lean Extreme Or would it be better to replace either T2 or Oxy with Lean Extreme (or some other supplement) If you can recommend another stack that is much more efficient, then I would love to hear about it. 	Answer	You can integrate the Lean Xtreme into this stack Morten, yes. I would be meticulous with your diet and look at avenues where you may be overeating, miscounting calories or simply a bit stressed out in your life - all these are contributors to additional fat gain (stress especially around the midsection and stubborn area's). You may also want to lower your carb ratio further to lose more fat; making it around 25-30% of your total macro intake.
