• M1T - Methyl 1 Test (M1T) or Methyl-1-Testosterone as it is known is probably the worlds most famous pro-hormone/pro-steroid anabolic compound. Weeks 1 - 6
M1T - 2 capsules per day, consumed with solid food (preferably with some decent type of oil such as an EFA supplement), spread evenly throughout the day, such as breakfast and dinner.
Milk Thistle - 2 to 3 capsules per day, consumed with the M1T at the very same times.
Straight Phlexed - 2 capsules per day, consumed with solid food away from your M1T. For example lunch and supper.
Monster Stack - 3 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach, and 4 tablets before training on an empty stomach (or 3 in the evening on non-training days).
Regenerate - 4 capsules directly before bed on an empty stomach.

During your perfect M1T cycle you should consume plenty of high quality protein to deliver to your body, the necessary building blocks, to fuel that massive muscle contration strength.
