Weeks 1 - 2
M1T - 2 to 3 capsules per day, consumed with solid food (preferably with some decent type of oil such as an EFA supplement), spread evenly throughout the day.
Milk Thistle - 2 to 3 capsules per day, consumed with the M1T at the very same times.
Formadrol Extreme - 2 capsule per day before bed on week days. Take weekends off.

Weeks 3- 4
Androbolix - take 2 capsules before training and 2 capsules before bed, on an empty stomach only. On non-training days, consume 4 capsules before bed.
Milk Thistle - take 1 to 2 capsules with food each day, spread evenly throughout the day.
