By taking one sachet every 20/30 minutes with some water (to ensure isotonic solution) you will be consistently replenishing glycogen stores as well as continually supplying your body with much needed electrolytes to retain proper hydration.

Each pack contains 20g of the tri-carb matrix which is maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose. If too much blood is directed to the digestive system then this reduces the volume of blood fuelling exercising muscle with oxygen and removing the carbon dioxide.
