Inferno 2: I have taken inferno and since I started I have lost 33 lbs they are fantastic but just make sure you don t take them to late or else youwill have trouble sleeping!! neens

Idid not really loose any weight ( about 3 lbs in over a month) but surely it gives you extremely strong endurance while training... I did not seem to get tired while on that croostrainer... Inferno is a thermogenic stimulant based fat burner, like any stimulant it causes certain hormonal releases and nervous activity which helps free up fat and provide a burst of energy. This can cause some people to feel jittery or nervous. It can also cause sleeplessness if taken too close to your bed time. Steve it will vary from individual to individual due to the difference in receptor sites and hormonal effects. However generally you will get somewhere in the region of 12 weeks before your system needs a break to reset. The break should be at least 4 weeks to ensure a decent response if you start up again.

These are as powerful a fat burner as you can get and 3 would be a maximum for a male. To progress further, look harder at your diet. You need 5 protein meals a day. Get most of your carbs with breakfast and lunch, or breakfast and after training, and on nly veg in the evenings. Take 2-3 of your meals as MRP shakes to increase protein and drop carbs. Keep alcohol to a minimum.

Inferno 2: Started taking the pill a week now and have not weighed yet to see if I lost weight. I take one pill in the mornings and one mid afternoon. Does it count the fact that I haven t had any side effect at all or does it mean that maybe for me it is just not t working As i said I havent weighed myself yet but I don t think Ive lost anything...
