Hyper Gain by HyperStrength: quality weight-gainer ad say 2 full bags of this stuff will put bout a stone on for u, a use half th servin sergestin, if u go by wat th bag says it comes out lyk ice cream which is impossible t swallow, but half a servin is enough t do th job your still gunna get bout 25g of protein and round bout 120 carbs, take this 4 times a day along with gud food and u will b well on your way t gainin muscle mass long as u train hard n plebty of rest it does adsctly wat it says on th tin! top notch marks! hewey |

Hyper Gain: How does it compare to critical mass in terms of gains and taste (chocolate flavour) I m very happy with critical mass, but this product turns out to be a bit lighter on wallet - 5.4 kg of hyper gain and 4.4 kg of critical mass are almost similarly priced. |

Gains wise, you'll get similar as they're both very calorie dense. However, I can't comment on taste as that seems to be very dependant on the individual. |

Hi Michael
to gain size you need to have more calories than your body requires, it is the only way to gain weight. 2 scoops is half serving of hypergain however if you were to take this sized shake 2-3 times a day it would ensure you absorb as much of the protein and will stabilise blood sugar levels.
Try 2 scoops twice a day (in between meals) and if you are not gaining at least 1lb of weight per week throw in an extra shake each day to increase the calorie intake further.
Regarding creatine it is a fantastic supplement to build strength and indeed muscle size so adding this to your shakes would assist ATP production and lead to improved recovery times |

You should take a shake in water 90 mins before a workout and another immediately afterwards. These should be 2 hours away from any solid food meals.
You can also take a shake 2 hours after any solid food meal and 2 hours before the next |
