Leather Grip Pads Description

Not widely seen in the gym anymore, but these leather grip pads are probably the most underrated pieces of gym and training equipment/accessory.

A great training aid these pads offer similar benefits to lifting straps but provide a different experience all together.

The thick durable leather folds over the bar and can be gripped by the fingers once fastened. This provides a huge improvement in grip strength allowing you to max out on exercises such as deadlifts and any rowing exercise.

The grip pad by H2P attaches to the wrist via a velcro fastening system for a comfortable fit.

	23/05/2011	H2P Leather Grip Pads: Used twice and really did not get it so have passed onto a mate to see what he thinks. Basically, it really needs to fit in the hand and does nt for me, nor do the straps and length of the pad really work for me. I do not have massive ands or anything so a bit of a disappointment really. JAL44404

	Answer	Grip pads are secured around the wrist and the central pad forms an extra grip in the centre of the palm. When gripping heavy bars such as for deadlifting or doing chins this offers extra security for holding, minimizes damage to hands and fatigued forearms without reducing training effect.
