[Grenade] Thermo Detonator: Saw these in Mens Fitness brilliant Charlie

Thermo Detonator: started taking them two weeks ago, not eating half as much never feel hungry and lot more energy for the gym. Only taking two tablets before breakfast have tried taking 1 or 2 tablets before lunch and cant sleep on the night so can only have the 2 a day but still noticing results, tried other fat burners in the past these are the best iv tried. lucy

Thermo Detonator [Grenade]: Pretty good stuff - have only been on for about three weeks but have noticed more defined abs and obliques. Recommended product but ridiculous packging and quite hard to get into. No idea why it needs to be shaped like a grenade - it s aimed at adults not kids! DFW

Grenade Thermo Detonator: Hi,have just bought a coure of Grenade and i am just asking when is the best time for me to take them as i work nightshift.I go to my bed at 9am and get up at 5pm then go to the gym about 7 or 8pm .Thanks Gary

Hi Gary, Id suggest taking them when you wake up at 5pm this will set your body up to burn fat for the majority of your day and give you a nice kick in the gym.

You can even take it during your PCt, I frequently do that as it further reduces any fat restorage after a PH cycle, But yes, by all means start it immediately after the PCT

Grenade Thermo Detonator: I am trying to lose about 3 stone quite quickly. I have never really taken supplements before except for INFERNO which worked really well. Would GRENADE help me lose fat quicker or do you recommend something else

Grenade is a great fat burner Tony, but ultimately you still need to emphasise correct nutrition and ensure you're weight training in conjunction for positive results! Increase fibre in your diet, keep protein relatively high and carbs low to moderate.

Hi Stu. If you tolerate stimulants well then you can indeed take a pre-workout / N.O product before training on conjunction with this.

Yes Mark, it's fine to use protein in conjunction with fat burners. Infact, it's completely advisable, to preserve muscle, and further enhance the metabolic rate and burn fat.
