	04/07/2009	[Gaspari] Super Pump 250: This is great if you re not in the mood. I m normally a bit groggy in the mornings when I do my runs. One serving of this and you ll be running like a man possessed! Good stuff! A bit stimulant heavy but still recommended. Richard

	17/06/2009	Super Pump 250: Dont listen these skinny guys who say this body building supplement doesnt work for them. if you are medium or bigger built this is great. awesome pump, great lean gain and cutting acessorry and yes, it makes you sweat little more during your workout but thats a good thing. Tried most of them, this is by far the best followed by Smash from Axis Labs. BigB

	18/05/2009	Super Pump 250 by Gaspari: Like with all NO products you ll get used to the effects. Not as good as No-Xplode in my opinion, but everyone s different. I ll say that I ve found splitting the dose is massively more effective than taking the whole does in one go. So for example , if you normally have 2 scoops, don t take them both at the same time have one scoop 80 mins prior to training, then another scoop 20 mins just before. Works a treat, I think you get the same effectiveness as 3 scoops in 2, considering the price as of these products it s a good tip!!! Karl

	Answer	You can, but bear in mind they both stimulate the energy systems of the body and may be too much to use at once. However, if you take inferno in the morning and at lunch time and the Super Pump before a workout a couple of hours away from the inferno, you will get good results

BB	Question	Gaspari Super Pump 250: Hey quick question...I started on cytonox and then recently went to superpump 250. I have been literally taking a pre workout supplement for every workout. (I train 4-5 days a week). Is this a health concern for me or can I continue using superpump every time I also stack the pre workout every couple months with creatine like size on or cytocell. Thanks.
	Answer	It's not a health concern, but you may find yourself getting immune to stimulants and tolerating them fairly easily after a certain amount of time. If it's this effect you enjoy and need the kick like many of us do, I wouldn't hesitate to use it as often as you do. You could always look into a pre-workout that's stimulant free like 02 positive by Biorhythm if you take this factor into consideration.

jaydon	Question	Super Pump 250 by Gaspari: hello i brought super pump before but i had bad side effects eg.. 1 scoop the first day felt fine, second day had 1 scoop fely a little dizzy went to work in the morning had bad stomach cramps legs shaking and felt so dizzy i went straight home and slept it off. At first i thought i was dehydrated so i drank plenty of water for 1 week then went back on super pump and the same thing happend the third day in. what is in super pump that makes me feel like that, Is there any other nitric oxide supplement that i could try without side effects as i want something to help me in the gym. 	Answer	Thanks for the positive feedback jaydon. It sounds like you don't tolerate the stimulants too well. Superpump does tend to have an array of these. However, there are non-stimulant nitric oxide products that will still do an excellent job. Two of my favourites have to be O2 Positive by Biorhythm - an incredible product for getting you ridiculous pumps. Another is also by Biorhythm, called big Blue - this product also works to increase the number of reps you get by buffering lactic acid into the muscles (beta-alanine). I feel as those these two products would definitely be worth looking into for you as they give you a great pre workout kick without the jittery side effects of the stimulants.

Daf	Question	Super Pump 250: Is it worth using the Super pump 250 along with CNP Pro creatine E2 or am I better off cycling them i.e Use super pump 1month then the following month use the CNP E2 Also im about to take up boxing along with doing my weights, is it worth using the superpump 250 or other similar type products before a boxing class
	Answer	You can run these products together as one is a nitric oxide based formula and the other a creatine ethyl ester. Superpump 250 could be an excellent stimulant for people before training sessions including Boxing. I would combine the two for better results.
