	07/04/2010	Plasma Jet: Sorry did nothing for me at all. Been using supplements for 25 years and have competed in bodybuilding competitions at reasonable standard. One of the most ineffective sports supplements i ve used. Simon

	28/08/2009	[Gaspari] Plasma Jet: I am on my second week and I am very impressed. I start working out 3 hours after i take it. I tried a week of using perfect pushup without it. Then I tried a week with it.....it is mind boggling! I was only able to get 30 push ups before tired from my knees...now I am doing 100 push ups from feet in one hour along with 3 minute intervals on the ab circle...my arms are huge and I am losing my belly....I used to be in rocking shape...have kids..eat like *it, 37 yrs old, smoker, couch fcker, just tired of it, so quit smoking, got off my fat ass and hit the training again.....I am shredding pounds like a madman, I always had muscle, but it needs to be trained again....like I said my arms are huge and my chest is hard and getting bigger. I also use cloud9 hgh and Gaspari Myofusion(love it!) I am taking 5000 iu of vit d, take b6 b12, co enzyme 10, vitamin c, and beta kerotine, I am feeling great and getting stronger and motivated, eating well, and just feel awesome! Plasmajet works for me..... scobaker

Ben	Question	Gaspari Plasma Jet: Hi, was thinking of stacking this with EPI and creatamax 8000, in fact have ordered. Just realised plasma jet has creatine in, so would i be wasting time stacking it with creatamax, would I be better off using one up before startring the other What do you think would be best way to combine these 3 sports supplements I m looking to pack on some muscle but retain low body fat. Thanks
	Answer	You can absolutely combine this with those products, Ben. Plasmajet is likely to have a description on the product of a "blend" that mentions creatine. However, it is unlikely that this is substantial amount to meeting your daily requirements so supplementing with an additional creatine based product like creatamax sounds like an excellent plan to me.

Use

What’s the best way to take Plasmajet?

On training days only
Once a day only
and not more than 4 days a week.
Before training, pop 10 liquid capsules (or 1 serving) from one blister card and take it along with 12oz or more of water or juice about 2 hours before training.
