	24/04/2008	[EST] Thermostat: I personally feel that it burns fat at a slow but constant pace, in my case it worked very slowly .I have taken it for a mounth( TWO caps a day) and do see some small results but nothing fantastic, iam now going to try the Biorythm stack as recommeneded to me by bodyactive!,will keep posting!. Luy W	Question	EST Thermostat: I started takin this supplement about 2 weeks ago, Im not sure when the best time to take it is I do cardio at the gym 3 times a week min, and I am also trying to decrease the number of kcals I have in a bid to ditch this last stubborn half a stone for summer!!! What else do you suggest Ive been feeling a bit nauseous too, is it my blood sugar being affected Cheers,
	Answer	Thermostat should be taken every morning and again in the early afternoon. Try to time one of these doses to be just before your cardio workout. Remember to keep protein intake high, even when lowering overall calories. Always drink plenty of extra water r to confront nausea. Take a look at Shredded by SAN.
