It s perfectly safe to take these sorts of products on an empty stomach. Taking them with food will often cause them to have no effect. You only need about fifteen minutes to digest these so you have no need to starve. Try taking them just 15 mins before e breakfast and then just prior to your larger afternoon meal or before training. It does work.

EST Suppressor: thanks ive ordered hot rox again and ill try with suppressor and a week before holiday will take the deplete to wash out the water, as i only hav 4 weeks till peak should i cut my junk days out as i have one day a week just for me, i am doing weights twi ice and cardio 3to4 times 40 mins a week

It does depend how exactly your body reacts and what sort of junk you re eating. A day of high sodium junk foods will still cause a lot of water retention. You can limit cheats to one or two meals rather than full days of cheating and try to eat the chea at foods earlier in the day or close to training to blunt the fat storage response of these foods.
