Methyl E: I am about to start a Methyl-E/Propadrol stack (30 days) and Test Drive PCT from about day 27 thru day 60ish. Taking a Liver support supp for the 30 days, suggest 60 (along with Size On, Protein and plenty of food of course) Is Test Drive sufficient PCT for this stack and is 30 days long enough Since I ll be taking several pills, should I take them throughout the day or just in the morning Do you see any major flaws in this plan Any suggestions/inputs are greatly appreciated. Take the pills throughout the day - preferably with a fat to improve absorption.

Test drive is a good product, but with that stack I'd suggest going for Esto suppress as well to be safe in case any estrogenic side effects flare up - although both are fairly mild and user friendly.

Methyl E [EST]: I think i want to start taking this supplement. Should i take it with a liver cleanser is thier any other things you would suggest Im 5 8 250 and looking for a supplement to increase my musle and my mass. Body fat isnt a worry. Also speed is a department i am looking to improve in.

Milk thistle is a must with any methylated pro-horomone. I'd also aquire some hawthorne berries to take on cycle. Look into cycle assist by Competitive Edge Labs, an excellent supp that many find great to take alongside PH's.

Methyl-e (a clone of epistane) definitely has the ability to increase lean muscle mass and improve explosive power and strength. It sounds like you could benefit from this product greatly based on your goals.

However i want to make the biggest gains possible and was wondering if there is anything i can use with it for better gains. Plenty of high calorie, protein and complex carb foods Tim. I'd get yourself a solid, lean gainer such as Instant Mass to take alongside this, and also look at getting something like a post-workout product with fantastic ingredients such as After Glow, along with a good creatine compound like Kre-alkalyn by Biorhythm for minimal water retention / bloating.

I've reccomended these products as they fit into your goal of gaining lean muscle mass without the addition of fat and do it in a slower, more substantial way.

[EST] Methyl E: hi, bought methyle aout 18 months ago but never used it in the end. There is no use by date on the bottle so wondering if it d be ok to take or if it has a shelf life Cheers.

It should be absolutely fine, Matt. Most of these products can be used up to three years after purchase. Good luck on cycle.

And how long of a break should I take before going on cycle would 4 weeks of be enough after a 2 week on cycle at 20mg per

Milk Thistle is a total must. You could probably do 3 cycles with the spacing you suggest followed by a long lay off.
MethylE requires PCT during the off cycle. Try T911 or Androbolix
