Ana-Pro Blend: The taste is absolutely awful, one of the worst i ve ever tried. But this shake is very light on your stomach, and considering its nutritional value which includes 50+ grams of protein i think that is excellent. Also, it is more than just a protein, i to ook it twice a day alongside phd synergy and put on 5 pounds of muscle in two months. I use this as a bonus supplement on top of the other things i take and i believe this product is what has given me my increase in strength and size the most. But i re-i Dave Gray |
