cardiovascular training as well as a great way of improving core strength.

ropes are incredible training tools. Swinging a rope around in a co-ordinated
fashion may sound relatively easy but trust me it is difficult requiring skill,
co-ordination, muscle strength and muscle endurance.

groups, great for mixed martial arts training and any sport whereby muscle
