dumbbell set allowing the trainer to vary the weight of the kettlebell to best
suit the particular exercise.
With a selection of weight plates that can easily be added or removed from the
kettlebell this versatile piece of exercise equipment can be used for any
kettlebell orientated workout.
To add or remove weights simply unscrew the bottom using the Alan key provided.
Inside the kettlebell is the housing for all of the weight plates which are
shaped appropriately to fit the kettlebell perfectly.
