STE	Question	Mega Gainer by Dymatize: I currently take 2 servings a day of reflex one morning and one night. I am looking for a shake to take post workout and was thinking of using Mega Gainer. I am obviously loooking to keep cost down due to buying reflex as well and want an excellent post workout drink that is value for money. I haqve been taking pro mass and want to try something new would you reccommend mega gainer and how long woulfd it last at one serving a day. If it does not lkast loing could you advise one to buy that is around the 35 pound mark and lasts a month. Cyclone and other all in ones are all good and well for rich people but they do not last long enough
