James	Question	[CytoSport] Muscle Milk: I am looking for a protein powder to help me get lean. I currently take ON 100 whey pre and post but am looking for a meal replacement product and have narrowed the search down to Syntha 6, Muscle Milk and Peptide fusion. PF seems to have the fewer calories and the most protein but the other 2 are extremely popular in the states. Any advice as to which one to go for or are they all pretty similar.
	Answer	Biased as I am James, peptide fusion is the best quality protein blend out there bar none in my opinion. It contains an impeccable blend of proteins that have continually been proven to be the finest quality ingredients and it is intracitely designed. You will also get the most bang for your buck out of this product as Reflex is manufacturered in the UK and it is not imported from the States. Those products tend to be more popular based on their great taste, but for ingredients I personally think peptide fusion is the absolute highest quality.

Stu	Question	Muscle Milk by CytoSport: I m looking at getting my bodyfat to single digits and am currently around 14 but also looking to still put some size on. I m 6ft and currently around the 14st mark. Would this be a good product to use and how many servings per day would be likely to start causing fat to be put on, or would you recommend something all together. Just for added info i m currently on a cycle of propadrol and Methyl E. Thanks again guys.
	Answer	Stu, when it comes to extreme leanness it's not so much a case of saying exactly how many servings will make me fat, it's more about balancing protein intake, reducing overall energy intake, usually in the form of lowered refined carbs and unneeded saturated fats and increasing energy output to force your body to maintain muscle whilst rapidly reducing bodyfat to very athletic levels. Muscle Milk is a great way of getting high quality protein and healthy energy fats but without hugely excess calories. Depending on your bodytype however, you may be better with an extremely low calorie protein only product, such as Peptide Fusion etc, any of the very low carb protein blends are good options too. In general you will probably need even more protein than usual to maintain muscle while getting very lean. You will be reducing carbs, especially in meals later in the day, when you should stick to protein shakes and food, healthy fats and low calorie vegetables. Given this sort of diet is required to reach very low body fat levels you will probably be needing a good quality protein shake to help you reach the high protein intake without eating lots of junk calories alongside. Propadrol and Methyl E should make losing fat far easier and they will also help prevent any muscle loss which often accompanies dieting to low bodyfat levels. It may also be worth investing in a thermogenic fat burner alongside your other supplements to make sure the fat loss happens faster and means you can still have plenty of energy despite being on lower carbohydrates. Have a look at Inferno2, Yellow Xtreme 25 or Adrenalean for some examples.

Brad	Question	Muscle Milk by CytoSport: I read that the ingredient Glycocyamine is dangerous to take, is this true Is it still in the product or has it been reformulated Thanks.
	Answer	Brad back in 2006 there was a rush of concern over Glycocyamine being taken alone without adequate Betaine to offset it and this could have conceivably caused problems in some individuals with heart conditions, however this problem has failed to materialise, especially since high levels of Betaine are added to all supplements containing Glycocyamine to offset any potential for problems. It's usually wise to be careful about the testing of supplements but several years have now shown correct Glycocyamine use is an excellent way of helping those people who have problems with creatine uptake. As it is, the very latest formulation of Muscle Milk no longer contains Glycocyamine however the Monster Milk now does, but with a correct balancing dose of Betaine.

	Answer	Ant you are looking at 30 scoops per tub, this translates as 15 of the large double scoop servings, or obviously 30 smaller servings. Please remember Muscle Milk is quite a high calorie shake, much less than a weight gainer but higher than a pure whey protein product.
