simply kneel on the floor, hold the handles and push away from you. Once you
reach a point where you cant go any lower, pull it back. To make the exercise
harder, just push the glider further in front of you. The Ab-Glider trains
both the upper and lower abdominals, and a complete workout can be done within a
few minutes. The Ab-Glider has one more clever trick. Because it is spring
loaded it helps you draw your arms back in (ie it assists with the positive
portion of the movement). This allows you to push further out in the negative
portion of the movement, allowing the abs to be developed faster. (Negative
