Mick, if it feels like it's not being effective, you can definitely look into upping the dosage, slowly but surely. 1 scoop of this product provides 10grams of what is considered a relatively advanced blend - but if you're not experiencing any positive effects, try upping the dosage to 1 and a half or two scoops. |
