Ive been training for around 3 months now and im looking to start using suppliments as I am about to start an intesne compund plan.I am a hard gainer so called your helpline and was advised to use Reflex instant mass but im looking to stack with this. Can I use this with instant mass or would you recommend anything else. Thanks
	Answer	Hi Andrew, I would definitely stack Instant Mass with Biorhythm's new Magna Power creatine which is awesome for strength and lean muscle gains. If you really wanted to push the boat out, then X-Factor Advanced integrated into the kit would be an excellent addition.

	Answer	Not necessarily major differences as they are both creatine based products, but Green Mag is also used as a pre-workout or post workout by many due to the extra ingredients.

	Answer	Mick, if it feels like it's not being effective, you can definitely look into upping the dosage, slowly but surely. 1 scoop of this product provides 10grams of what is considered a relatively advanced blend - but if you're not experiencing any positive effects, try upping the dosage to 1 and a half or two scoops.
