Pro-HMB: HMB is a metabolite of the branch chain amino acid (BCAA) leucine. Pro-HMB is of the purest natural source and research has shown that HMB may assist in preventing catabolism (muscle breakdown)

HMB by CNP is a very pure high quality HMB (Hydroxy-Methyl-Butyrate) - a metabolite of the anabolic branch chain amino acid Leucine. This compound is world famous for its prevention of muscle breakdown and stopping muscle loss dead in it's tracks. Thus HMB has two major uses - the development of new lean muscle tissue thanks to HMB stopping the catabolic processes of the body, and secondly, maintaining as much muscle mass as possible in highly catabolic conditions such as when dieting or training very hard. HMB is a metabolite of the branch chain amino acid (BCAA) leucine. Pro-HMB is of the purest natural source and research has shown that HMB may assist in preventing catabolism (muscle breakdown), which can often occur when performing intense forms of exercise. Hindering any catabolic (muscle breakdown) effects means the body will simply be placed in a better position for muscle growth. Research has demonstrated that an intake of 3grams a day of HMB to be most effective.

Pro-HMB is suitable for men and women.

Ideal times to take Pro-HMB are 1.5g (3 capsules) immediately before and after exercise. On non-training days space intake of 3 grams evenly throughout the day.

CNP Pro-HMB Contains:
Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine, which is a natural compound produced in very small amounts by the body.

Additional supplement information for CNP HMB:
Capsule per container: 120 x 500mg capsules

Serving size:
Training days take 3 capsule CNP HMB before training and 3 capsules CNP HMB immediately after training, (total of 3000mg a day).

Non-training days take 6 capsules of CNP HMB(total of 3000mg for the day), evenly spaced throughout the day.

Servings per container of CNP HMB: 22 days supply when taken as mentioned above.

Vegetarians - No (due to gelatin capsules being derived from animal origin)
Vegans - No (due to gelatin capsules being derived from animal origin)
