Hindering any catabolic (muscle breakdown) effects means the body will simply be placed in a better position for muscle growth. Research has demonstrated that an intake of 3grams a day of HMB to be most effective.

Pro-HMB is suitable for men and women.

Ideal times to take Pro-HMB are 1.5g (3 capsules) immediately before and after exercise. On non-training days space intake of 3 grams evenly throughout the day.

CNP Pro-HMB Contains:
Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine, which is a natural compound produced in very small amounts by the body.

Additional supplement information for CNP HMB:
Capsule per container: 120 x 500mg capsules

Serving size:
Training days take 3 capsule CNP HMB before training and 3 capsules CNP HMB immediately after training, (total of 3000mg a day).

Non-training days take 6 capsules of CNP HMB(total of 3000mg for the day), evenly spaced throughout the day.

Servings per container of CNP HMB: 22 days supply when taken as mentioned above.
