john	Question	Red-Cell: lol im a bit stuck as to what to take would it be best to stay with the biorhythm or consider taking this is there a key advantage from one of the 2 sports supplements or disadvantage
	Answer	Well John, they are both quality sports supplements. If anything the Red Cell is more aimed at improving pump and recovery, while the kre-alkalyn is more closely designed to add weight and help you get a few more reps out of each exercise, which leads to better growth potential. They obviously have some crossover. If you're stuck for choice we'd probably suggest sticking with the Biorhythm KreAlkalyn for now. It tends to work out cheaper and we know it has fantastic effects in virtually all users. We wouldn't sell Red Cell if we didn't think it was a quality product but that'd just be our general advice.

john	Question	Red-Cell by CMI: also, sorry for the double post, would the muscle gains stay with you or go once you get of the stuff is it ok on its own as it does contain some creatine.. or would it be better to take the birorhythm capsules with it
	Answer	As with any creatine containing product, once you cease supplementing creatine any cll volumization you gained, which accounts for the initial fats weight gain with creatine, will slowly subside as your muscles lose this energy source, however, all the skeletal muscle that you built through improved training using red cell would be easily maintained. Maintaining muscle is more about good protein intake and keeping your body training hard so it needs the muscle you have developed. It's perfectly safe to use creatine sports supplements long term however if you want the extra weight kept on as well.

john	Question	Red-Cell: can you take this with other products if so how would you take it with creatine capsules liek bio rhythms product
	Answer	You can certainly use Red Cell as part of a stack of other supplements. However as Red Cell already contains a decent amount of creatine you may not need to stack with the Kre-Alkalyn creatine caps from Biorhythm. You could use both if you wish, but it wouldn't be essential. If you did, we'd advise using the Red Cell throughout the day and taking a dose of the Kre-Alkalyn pre training.

Curtis	Question	Red-Cell by CMI: What is the suggested On/Off Cycle for this supp
	Answer	Curtis for true Nitric Oxide enhancers like this there does not appear to be a major need to cycle off at all as long as you are getting benefits however in our experience most people find that taking a break after 10 to 12 weeks for about 30 days allows them to return with increased intensity when they restart use.
