Liam	Question	ReFuel by CEL: How does this compare to cell mass the bsn product Is it a similar thing because it looks a lot cheaper for the 900gram size.
	Answer	Liam CEL Refuel is certainly more economical to use than Cell Mass currently. The products are both recovery improving drinks to use during and post workout but there are a couple of differences. The Cell Mass is based around creatine and glutamine, whereas the Refuel is a matrix of glutamine and BCAAs. The Cell Mass is probably more of a volumizing creatine product whereas the Refuel will help improve actual growth and prevent muscle loss during stressful training. Generally Cell Mass is a quality product however if you already have a creatine loader or a krealkalyn type product or your pre-workout regime includes something with creatine in, then the Refuel is probably more useful to aid recovery from any form of exercise.
