[CEL] NOX Surge: i bought this supplement when it was on offer for a change to no-xplode it was quite similar but i dont think quite as good and seems to have a higher caffeine content which isnt a good thing to me oh and i wouldnt reccomend having more tha even one scoop within maybe 6 hours ofsleep the stuff stays in your system quite a while i d reccomend noxplod or dorin yates nox pump instead dave g

NOX Surge by CEL: A good pre-workout drink but personally I didn t enjoy the taste which made it a chore to drink. It gave good pumps, energy and focus however I would say NO-Explode is a more effective and better tasting supplement plus it is cheaper! Alex

CEL NOX Surge: Bought expecting it to does as it says,but found that it actually did very little if anything for me.Made me feel tired and sluggest in the gym,was the same for my training partner,and blue raspberry is one of the most horrible things i have ever tasted.Very dissappointed! Gareth

If you're having trouble timing it James I'd recommend taking this just as you start training if possible. It needs to be before the main part of training but if you eat breakfast quite soon after you will reduce the effect of the stimulation somewhat.

NOX Surge [CEL]: hi, if i took this on rest days as well, would that be enough creatine for any effect or would i need another creatine based supplement. i dont think monohdrate does much for me, is there enough of the more advanced types of creatine in here or would i benefit with krealkylyn or something

No that should be fine for a decent maintenance dose of creatine for most people will. It's quite highly dosed NOx Surge, so daily use should cover you without other sports supplements. Just remember to use it earlier in the day as it has quite a few stimulants so it wouldn't be suitable for late in the day.

CEL NOX Surge: hi there. Ive just finished my 8 weeks of using this supplement. It says to have a 4 week resting point. I will also be off creatine for 4 weeks too. Im still on a bulking phase so i dont want to loose any power. What sports supplements would be useful to use during my 4 weeks off from surge and creatine thanks...alex

Alex you do not have to take a 4 week break from creatine, so you can continue to use an alternative creatine product if you wish, such as Kre-Alkalyn capsules or similar. If you wish to avoid creatine completely however you can certainly look at workout enhancing compounds such as Big Blue, which uses Beta Alanine to enhance workout endurance, or sports supplements such as the BSN Volumaize which uses the new Waxy Maize Starch which hydrates muscles during workouts meaning you can push harder and longer without tiring, very useful during heavy bulking routines. You can also look at stimulants such as Spike or Stimulant X before a workout to give you that extra nervous recruitment to keep your lifts big during creatine abstinence.

[CEL] NOX Surge: Hi, i occasionally get nervous at random times and sort of panicky, not necessarily when i have taken this, but just randomly. Is this to do with taking this supplement and if so should i stop would NO pruducts like Nitrix be better as they have no stimulants in

Tom it's not absolutely definite that this product is responsible for random panic and nervous jitters but it could be a factor, as you say, the high stimulants do provide a lot of energy but some people have less tolerance for them and may have random andrenaline bursts which give that 'fight or flight' response in your system. If you notice a lot of shakes from things like coffee or taurine based energy drinks then this could definitely be a factor. Although your tolerance will generally increase over the weeks of use, if the effect is too much for you and becoming unpleasant it would certainly be sensible to look at a tablet based nitric oxide product possibly combined with a creatine loading tablet product to give the same sort of overall pump and strength increases but without the extreme stimulation problems.

NOX Surge by CEL: ive heard that Nitric oxide can eventually make you incontinent or at least lose control of it. Is this true

No Will, there is no connection between continence control and the use of nitric oxide or other such vasolidating sports supplements.
