True Mass [BSN]: Have been using this product for a month now. Gained 3 pounds of muscle. Which is awesome seeing as I literally have to be the hardest gainer on the planet i train right,eat enough and still can't gain weight. Anyhow,this shake tastes GREAT. True Mass: To begin with, I thought it tasted vile, but it grows on you. Can bag you up, but all weight gainer shakes will do that. This definitely works. I got to 176Ibs -originally 155Ibs- on this stuff along with good protein. Have since tried other protein and weight gainer products and have lost 7Ibs as a result. More cut, it should be said, but the idea is to bulk right now... :D
