Yes, 3 scoops is the recommend dosage for each serving of True Mass. You can use whatever volume of water you feel is necessary to give you the nicest texture / taste to your shake, but 16ox sounds about right. The daily servings is also an individual preference dependant on how many calories you feel as though you need in your already existing diet.

True Mass: Does True Mass help burn fat and replace the weight with muscle

Hi Chris. Theoretically, that's an impossible concept. Fat cannot be turned into muscle tissue. They are two separate things. But True Mass can help you achieve more muscle mass, which in turn will burn fat more rapidly the more lean tissue you have. Look into Biorhythm's Olio, which is a great supplement to assist with this and for general health.

BSN True Mass: Hi fella s, was just wondering, im trying to gain some serious mass and ive just bought a tub of true mass to aid my 4/5 meals i consume a day. I ve noticed with the true mass on the label it says you can take it with milk to achieve more calories, protein and a better taste, personally i would prefer to use milk (skimmed or smi-skimmed) as i think it gives a better taste but would i just be adding lots of sugars to this via the lactose or would you recommend it

Also should i avoid taking this at night or would it be ideal to have before i went to bed to give me a sustained protein release over the 7 hours im asleep

True Mass tastes AMAZING on its own, believe me! I don't think you need the additional calories of milk as it's already packed with a lot of carbs, fats and protein. I'd use the milk to compliment your already existing meals for a few extra calories. having a glass of milk 3 times a day with already planned meals will allow you to digest them better.

True Mass is an excellent gainer ansd it sits very well on the stomach..one of its key benefits imo. Mixing it with milk may significantly slow down its digestion and stop you feeling hungry for your other meals.

You may take it at night, although cottage cheese could do the job with some peanut butter if you don't want to consume carbs too close to bedtime.

I would not advise taking this if you are lactose intolerant as it contains milk protein , you might be better off with something such as instant mass by reflex as the protein source is from whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate so you have far less chance of experiencing any problems.....

Hi... True mass is just a weight gaining drink so as such you should not experience any side effects at all . As to how much weight you will gain that will depend on how much other food you eat and how often you train....etc...You should see some good gains from this if you are eating correctly and training hard !!!!
