I have noticed some great results, plus it is the best tasting I have come across (Mocha Flavour) and mixes very well making it pleasant to drink. I would recommend this one, although I am planning to try the BSN Lean Dessert next to see how that compares. Alex.

	11/11/2008	[BSN] Syntha-6: What can I say.... SUPERB. On tub number 6. Very impressed. I ve been writing all my reviews today, which is quite a few. Definetly a winner. When taking protein shakes, the most important thing, is that it tastes nice, and mixes well - and has good ingredients. It shouldnt feel like something you have to force yourself to take, or you wont do it as much as you should. This product has hit the nail on the head, and I can not rate it enough. I love the taste, its good for packing on muscle, price is good, so a 10 out of 10. Wooffie

	24/09/2008	Syntha-6: It is a good blend. Gave me gains but no more so than any other product. Normally use it before bed or as the last meal of the day. Problems are, with cookies & cream flavour at least, it is incredibly sweet. I mean gut-wrenchingly sweet. Every time I open the tub, it s like a sweetener chemical factory has exploded. Probably not far off as I guess it contains a huge amount of acesulfame-K. Never, ever buying a product with acesulfame-K in it again, it is not good for you at all. Ben

Would this be a better choice for someone looking to add quality lean muscle I am a hard gainer but am conscious of keeping my body fat low. If not can you suggest a better protein many thanks
	Answer	This is simply so it has better taste and acts as more of a meal replacement. If you're truely a hard gainer you may be better off picking up BSN's True Mass product to get the additional calories. If you're conscious of keeping body fat low, pick up Instant Mass by Reflex as this is minimal in fat, and only uses organic oats and barley for its carb selection.

	Answer	Hi, if it's possible, can you please forward the first problem to the sales service provided on the customer information section on our page? This would be dealt with very swiftly if you do so. I am not entirely sure how many servings you get out of syntha 6. I am imagining around 32 per tub dosed at 1 scoop each serving. So in theory it should last you 16 days if you carry out that dosage.

will	Question	Syntha-6: hi, have just bought this. it says take two sccops after training on the tub, put this is like 90 grams and i don t see how this much protein all at once is beneficial is one scoop enough
	Answer	Will Syntha 6 is 23 grams of protein per scoop. I'm not sure where you get 90 grams of protein from. A double scoop serving will offer you about 46 grams of protein which is probably about right for most trainees. Post training you will need between 25 and 50 grams of protein depending on your size and daily protein requirements.
