[BSN] Syntha-6

Syntha-6: This has to be the best protein I have used. I have noticed some great results, plus it is the best tasting I have come across (Mocha Flavour) and mixes very well making it pleasant to drink. I would recommend this one, although I am planning to try the BSN Lean Dessert next to see how that compares. Alex.

Syntha-6 [BSN]: Hi. I have been training for about 3 months and am in the gym a minimum of 4 days a week normally 5. I weight around 165lbs and am quite lean. I don t necessarily want meal replacements as I eat healthily. I just am not sure what products I need to pack on muscle. Like the look of bsn nitrix but I want to use this with some form of protein without putting on excess weight. Is Syntha 6 right for me and is there anything else you would recommend to go with it

I would use a moderate calorie lean mass builder like Reflex's Instant Mass. Stack it with a creatine based product (Reflex creapure) and if you want to harden up the gains and have fantastic muscle increases, X-Factor Advanced.

BSN Syntha-6: Hi i see that syntha 6 has more carbs in per 100g than most of the other leading brands. Would this be a better choice for someone looking to add quality lean muscle I am a hard gainer but am conscious of keeping my body fat low. If not can you suggest a better protein many thanks

This is simply so it has better taste and acts as more of a meal replacement. If you're truely a hard gainer you may be better off picking up BSN's True Mass product to get the additional calories. If you're conscious of keeping body fat low, pick up Instant Mass by Reflex as this is minimal in fat, and only uses organic oats and barley for its carb selection.

[BSN] Syntha-6: i have 2 questions the first one is very important
1 i have accedinatly ordered 2 of these but i olny want one so if possible can you cancel 1
2nd i attend a gym 4 days a week and was just wondering if i take 1 shake with 2 scoops a day how long will the supplement last before i have to buy another tub thank you

I am not entirely sure how many servings you get out of syntha 6. I am imagining around 32 per tub dosed at 1 scoop each serving. So in theory it should last you 16 days if you carry out that dosage.

BSN Syntha-6: hi, have just bought this. it says take two sccops after training on the tub, put this is like 90 grams and i don t see how this much protein all at once is beneficial is one scoop enough

Will Syntha 6 is 23 grams of protein per scoop. I'm not sure where you get 90 grams of protein from. A double scoop serving will offer you about 46 grams of protein which is probably about right for most trainees. Post training you will need between 25 and 50 grams of protein depending on your size and daily protein requirements.
