Yes, although many do not see the need to include aspirin in the ECA stack these days and get good enough results simply from ephedrine and caffeine.

Yellow 35x Xtreme by Black China Labs: hi, sorry for the confusion in my earlier question i meant how many caps a day should i take. im thinking of cutting for 10 weeks. taking your advice i will stack the olio with this but also want to use deplete, synthrolean and detox & cleanse. how should i use these would it be ok if i used it like this YXS- wks 1/2/3/4/ and then 7/8/9/10 detox and cleanse wks- 1/2 Olio wks 2/3/4/5 synthlean - wks 4/5/6/7 and lastly deplete wks 8/9/10...thanks and sorry for any confusion..

That looks fine to me but slightly over complicated. Maintain use of the Olio throughout, it should be a staple in my opinion in your diet and training program. I don't think it's necessary to run those products alongside yellow 35, but like you said, you can always do this aside the weeks youre not using it.

The dosage should remain no less than 2 per day really.

Black China Labs Yellow 35x Xtreme: hi guys when i spotted this i couldnt help but get a little excited. what is the dosage for this product as its not yet on the site. whats better cycling it like this 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or just 4 weeks at a time. as i hear the effects diminish if used for to long. could you also suggest a fat loss stack for me...cheers

Hi Dave, the dosage is 35mg as opposed to the original 25mg of ephedra!

That sounds reasonable to me...Personally I think 4 week cycles work better and more effectively - such as 4 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off. I think 2 weeks may be difficult if you're just getting together everything such as diet, training etc to focus on fat loss.

For a fat loss stack, I would throw Biorhythm's Olio into the mix. Works wonders for me - a basic fish oil suopplement that contains CLA as well and is excellent for general health and fat loss.
