I have been taking iSatori MX-LS7 as a fatburner. I only like to take it prior to work outs as im not the biggest fan of stimulants. How would you rate it compared to some of the following products BCL yellow 25x Xtreme, BioTest Hot Rox, any of the three Biorhythm lean products, Muscletech Hydroxycut Hardcore (these are some of the products I have been looking at). I would like something that encourages utilisation of body fat stores as a source of energy, but also contains a form of appetite suppressor and metabolism increaser. Is there any in particular you would recommend Im also thinking of taking a product like BSN nitrix - would both supplements be necessary Your advice would be much appreciated and helpful to me making a decision. Yellow extreme is an ephedra based product and extremely strong stimulant wise, too. Hot Rox is also relatively strong stimulant wise, albiet very effect for fat burning and metabolic enhancement.

Biorhythm do indeed have some nice stimulant free based products with excellent ingredients and dosages such as SynthroLean, with UltraLean also not being too harsh stimulant wise compared to many others.

Overall, it's dependant on what balance you want. Yellow extreme or hot rox maybe more effective for burning fat, but there stimulant effectiveness may be negative in the long run breaking down muscle tissue. Again, it's about a balance and making the right lifestyle choices that enable you to work towards your goals.

Yellow extreme is an ephedra based product therefore you should always be aware of stimulant like side effects such as being jittery, etc. It is advisable to cycle this product on and off for it to be effective; this will also ensure you don't build up a tolerance to the product and keeps it being effective. Remember to pursue weight training as well as your primary form of exercise - this is the most important aspect of training towards burning fat. It is not like a PH in the sense of shutdown and does not require post cycle therapy, although it is advisable to keep sensible eating habits when coming off this product.

ON Whey is a great whey protein. It would all depend on your preference to when you consume these products at optimal times in the day. Personally, it's always good to utilize a blend if you plan on using it at alternative times such as before bed, etc. If that's the case I suggest looking into something like Reflex's Peptide Fusion or Gaspari's Myofusion - both impeccable blends.

I would also recommend you pick up some Olio by Biorhythm for consistent fat loss and its ability to help you utilize fat more effectively. Excellent supplement for general health and prolonged fat loss.

Yellow 25x Xtreme [Black China Labs]: Been taking this for a week now and i love it twice daily, its helping me work out so much and i love the feeling of energy all day and slightly warm sensation throughout your body from the adrenalin, im taking it in the morning around 7am with a peptide fusion shake and BR olio then again at night around 5pm would you reccomend anything else to take with it to help me out i was thinking after glow after my workout but since im taking peptide fusion and it has fast and slow release protein would this just be pointless

It wouldn't be pointless, Wayne. After glow is a better product post-workout than Peptide Fusion, although I would definitely continue to use Peptide Fusion as its the best protein blend on the market. Personally, I would look into using fish oil to assist your stack. This has many excellent benefits for fat loss, cardiovascular health, brain function etc. Check out the product called Olio by BioRhythm, it's a staple in my own supplement stack and I've found prolonged use of this product to be fantastic in helping me minimize fat gain and improve many general health aspects for me.
