Black China Labs Straight Jacked: Tries too hard to do everything and ends up not being very good at any of them! No energy, no focus, no pump and a massive amount of grit an obvious waste at the bottom of the shaker. Very disappointed in this as had high hopes. Super pump 250 is by far the best. Dave M

Tom it will depend on how much protein you eat from regular foods and how big you are and want to be. 3 Twister sachets a day obviously adds a very large protein influx to your diet, along with a few meals of meat, poultry, eggs etc you will probably be getting enough protein easily. If you can eat 3 regular meals a day and have 3 twister in between these you will almost certainly be getting enough for significant gains. Obviously if you get very large you may need more protein to maintain a very heavy muscular frame but you can re-calculate your needs when you start to approach your ideal size.

But yes, in general, 3 Twister shakes and Straight Jacked should be enough not to require additional whey protein, unless you cannot get any protein through your regular diet.

Hi Alex, there are different ways to do it but most of our users mix up the whole batch in a shaker and drink half a serving about half an hour before they hit the weights and then sip the other half a serving throughout the workout to keep their energy levels up and help them reach the end of a gruelling workout with maximum strength but without overloading their stomachs with too much liquid in one go. I'd give this strategy a try.

Tom, the ideal set up would be to use the Straight Jacked just before and during training and the Twister within an hour after finishing the workout. This is because the Straight Jacked is designed to promote strength and endurance during the workout while the Twister will feed the muscles to grow once the training is completed and they urgently need nutrition. By following this pattern you should have the best workouts and recovery and get the most out of these two.

The highest dose product in this category is probably Power Storm. Try stacking it with Inferno 2 to get a huge pump and energy rush. Alternatively try a different approach and give Spike a try. Both give great results, but be warned, only use them if you are in good health
