Whole Gains by Biorhythm: On my second tub now this stuff is the best shake you can get.. the first tub i got was mango and the second was chocolate.. i much prefer chocolate but it may be too sweet for some people so if you want to try something different and less sweet try the mango.. but anyone serious about wanting to gain and build muscle in the gym needs to buy this product.. love the fact it has unrefined carbs in it and fibre and wholegrains.. by far the best quality shake on the market J |

[Biorhythm] Whole Gains: Really good profile and works as a protein shake snack or a full Meal Replacement. Chocolate is very very sweet though bit too much so will try vanilla next time. Simon |

Biorhythm Whole Gains: Really good light meal protein. Fibre and quality protein mix make it far better for regular use on liquid meal diets. Mango is great mixed with a little mango or apple juice and tastes really refreshing and easy on the stomach for so much protein. Leigh |

Questions and Answers |
| Elliott |
Question |
Whole Gains [Biorhythm]: Hi. Really pleased with this stuff, but I think I need to up my intake now... can I mix it with milk for a bit extra Or is this a bad idea I just don t seem to be gaining now and I can t really afford another tub each month. Thanks. Thanks. |
|
Answer |
Elliot we generally advise against milk use unless you are really desperate. Milk is a very poor quality protein with lots of sticky, low quality carbs that help to pile on fat rather than lean tissue. Remember you will probably go through gain phases and sometimes gains will slow down as your body adapts to its new size so don't expect to keep piling on weight forever.
If you are really stuck for cash try adding a half milk, half water mixture to the shake to make it go further but watch out for fat gain and reduce the milk if you start to just gain blubber rather than clean mass.
If you have a blender you can try no added sugar yoghurt instead of milk which generally makes a thicker shake and doesn't cause quite as much fat gain. |

| Dan |
Question |
Biorhythm Whole Gains: Hiya. This is more a general question regarding protein. Can I include a scoop with my morning porridge or does the heat produced whilst cooking effect the protein. Cheers. |
|
Answer |
Dan most proteins are fine to be heated gently and it is possible to cook with most proteins. We generally advise against long duration microwaving or boiling as this could denature the protein quality but heating briefly, microwave or pan, and baking at upto the 200 mark is an effective way of keeping protein viable. |

Question |
Whole Gains by Biorhythm: Hi, just on my second tub. This stuff works very well for me! Trying mango flavour now, is this ok to mix with fresh fruit juice or will this damage the product and make it less effective Thanks. |
|
Answer |
Elliott, although fresh fruit juice will not damage the product in anyway it's best to remember the amount of pure sugar calories in juice. If you handle these okay or are looking at a more mass gain diet, a small amount may be fine but a large amount of fructose, even from fresh juice, will often lead to fat gain in most people. If it's just a taste thing you may want to add a very small amount of juice to the mixture and make the rest up with water, simply to give a more flavoured shake without too much excess fructose. |

| Mattv |
Question |
Whole Gains by Biorhythm: 3 scoops per seving .. im guessing around 100gms a serving That would be, give or take, 12 servings a tub |
|
Answer |
Whole Gains can be used at either 2 scoop servings for more of a protein sized shake, or 3 scoops for a higher calorie more meal replacement type intake. At 2 scoop servings you will get 24 servings per tub, at 3 scoop servings you will get 16 from a tub. |

| Tommy |
Question |
Whole Gains: Hello. Is After Glow a better post workout recovery supplement than Whole Gains Is it best to take Whole Gains as a protein boost i.e.in the morning etc & After Glow post training only. Thanks, |
|
Answer |
Tommy Whole Gains is an acceptable post workout product if you don't have access to something else but the amount of fibre and low GI carbs, although useful for balanced blood sugar and slow release throughout the day, is not at all ideal for the post workout window environment when you want something more like After Glow. If you use Whole Gains as you suggest as either an additional protein snack, or with more scoops as a full meal during the day and only use After Glow directly after training you'll see far more rapid recovery, faster growth, less fat storage and less soreness. Of course compared to a regular sit down meal, Whole Gains is preferable after a workout if you don't have After Glow available. |

About Biorhythm Supplements
BioRhythm is a premier product line formulated with fitness goals,
not production cost, in mind. Our synergistic compounds and recommended
stacks are put in place with the singular goal of "more results faster".
Users will see unmatched dosing of trademarked or patented ingredients
that back up that slogan. The end result will be the reflection in the
mirror you've been waiting for.
BioRhythm was founded by Mark Mangieri. Mr. Mangieri earned his Bachelors
of Science from The Pennsylvania State University in 1997. While there,
he studied the science of agriculture and the ability of technology to
maximize the benefits of cultured and harvested crops. Upon graduation,
Mr. Mangieri moved directly into product research and development. His
work can be found in the form of over 200 different supplements on shelves
all across the world. Considered the guru behind the curtain, his work
has gone largely unnoticed until the debut of BioRhythm.
"The time is right, the customers are educated, and the industry
needs not only a product, but an entire line of sports nutrition products
with a no holds barred attitude. We developed each item with the fitness
goal first. Pricing was a secondary concern. The fact is each product
is a bargain price in terms of results (and satisfaction) per dollar spent."
