Whole Gains: Really good light meal protein. Fibre and quality protein mix make it far better for regular use on liquid meal diets. Mango is great mixed with a little mango or apple juice and tastes really refreshing and easy on the stomach for so much protein. Leigh |

Whole Gains by Biorhythm: Pretty Good Stuff, I used this stuff with some advanced EST cretine, saw some good effects within a couple of days, still early days though (Wrote a week into training with new supplements), its light on the stomach, ok value, more natural than others wiith good amount of fibre (which I think is very important), its helping me lose fat but gain muscle which is exactly what I m after (with a half decent diet), not just the usual mass gainer, mango though slightly dodgy taste, my mate didn t like it, I to Mike |

Whole Gains by Biorhythm: Has just about everything you d want in and is much better quality than some that are more expensive. The Sweet Mango is the best tasting protein ever, so nice not to have sickly chocolate or strawberry. Like that it has fiber in too. Seems to digest bettter than most whey blends that sit in my stomach. Feels more like a meal. Paul |
