[Biorhythm] O2 Positive: Stacking this with Big Blue. The pump is ridiculous, as is the immediate effect on strength. Plan to add Kre Alkalyn to the mix and maybe reduce the O2 positive to 1.5 scoops and use 1 scoop Arnge Crush as an addition. Will update progress! Rob

O2 Positive [Biorhythm]: Firstly i would like to make one thing clear, i have always enjoyed using Biorhythm products and have found them to be a very good range supplements. However this has been my biggest dissapointment out of all the Biorhythm products, Just did not get any of the great pump that all the other users experienced. Sorry 2/10 ( Got 2 points because the taste was not too bad!). JJ

O2 Positive [Biorhythm]: This has been the second pre workout supplement I bought, Met RX Amped being the first. With 02 Positive I dont seem to feel the surge in energy as Amped. O2 positive tastes great but for me I dont think it does anything for me. Anoop

O2 Positive: would it be ok to mix arnge krush and o2 positive, I m actually giving it a go today. Arnge normally gets me going a bit too much, but has less of a pump effect cos i take small doses as i can t handle the caffeine. so figured this could be a good option half scoop of arnge and 2 scoops of o2. what say you

O2 Positive by Biorhythm: Quick question How is O2 Positive in comparison to Big Blue Is it just an alternative or can/should you take it together And where does Krealkalyn fit in here

Daniel, Big Blue is predominantly a beta-alanine / l-histidine product based on increasing your strength but does also combine l-arginine, similar to 02 Positive. 02 positive is definitely more a nitric oxide based product but you could combine the two for a monstrous hit of arginine; should be some crazy pumps!

Kre alkalyn can be mixed into this stack without a problem.

O2 Positive by Biorhythm: hi i like to keep in shape pretty much all year round, being an ex-fat guy, but i find my training strength isnt really moving. i m real scarred of carbs, so will this help me or should i keep to tablet forms like big blue and nitrix

The amount of carbs is trivial, so dont sweat it.

However, it will boost training performance, so it should help you get through your strength sticking point.

I do need to say though, even as an ex fat guy as you say, carbs are not the enemy. You need to eat adequate carbs first thing in the morning and immediatley after training. This speeds recovery, supports the immune system, and triggers muscle building hormones.

When on a low carb diet, aim to get a third of your carbs at breakfast, a third after training and the rest through the day - but please dont avoid them altogether

Its not a direct fat loss product, but it is a performance and training intensity aid. It will therefore help you train hard on a low calorie diet, therfore you keep more muscle and have the ability to burn more calories.
