	28/07/2009	Krealkalyn by Biorhtyhm: I ve used monohydrate before and although it gave me extra strength whilst training,i always got that bloated look and lost a lot of definition.I v been on this now for about ten days now and i m pushing the same weight and reps as whilst loaded on monohydate but i m not bloated at all, iv still kept the same leaness but with increased muscle size.looking forward to seeing the results after a couple more months on it.Awesome product! 	Answer	Kre alkalyn are really popular by this brand for strength increases. Many combine it with After Glow as it already contains a potent dosage of this as well for superior results. Other good brands would be Controlled Labs green bulge, sci-mx ethyl ester, and Reflex's creapure capsules.

Matt	Question	[Biorhtyhm] Krealkalyn: Hi. I recently purchased this product. The directions on the bottle say take 2 in the morning and 2 before training. I train 3 three times so on these days I take 2 servings and on none training days 1 serving. Is this enough or should I take 2 serving every day cheers
	Answer	You can up the dosage yes, this is fine Matt. If you're training more frequently your body is likely to deplete creatine stores faster anyway.

Would you recommend taking creatine first and then taking fat burners such as lipo 6 to tone up

Krealkalyn though seems to have had a tremendous number of positive reviews. So I m thinking I may give them a go. Any recommendations for stacking ... What I m aiming for mainly is strength and with a bit of luck and plenty of CV, some serious definition. Any recommendations for something you could take alongside this or as part of a course of supplements would be appreciated. Thanks.

	Answer	Yes, take krealkalyn after, as creatine levels rise dramitically when using trenb anyway. Superpump can be taken alongside, but just watch out for cramping as this can cause muscle pulls. You should keep drinking adequate water levels and top it up with an electrolyte.
