[Biorhythm] Big Blue: First time I took Big Blue I felt my face tingle and had extra energy in the gym, however that is the only time I have felt anything from taking this. I have even doubled the dosage and still nothing. Biorhythm have some amazing products, im just not too impressed with this one. Stick to Nox Pump or something else that you know will work. Andy C

Big Blue by Biorhythm: Not too bad. First couple of times I used it I could feel an extra buzz in the gym however this quickly wore off and I had to up the dose. As mentioned before, this could be good if your of a smaller stature but for bigger guys I woudl stick with a drinkable NO pre workout supp. Andy

Big Blue [Biorhythm]: i used this for about 2 months the first week or so didnt feel any different, after 2 weeks on it i could train every day like a beast my muscle endurance was out of this world. The pumps were normal nothing like super pump. For muscle endurance 10/10 for pumps 5/10. the last month i used it with androbolix the best stack ever. jay

Biorhythm Big Blue: im looking for a pre workout/ nos supplement that gives the best strength gains during the workout as opposed to massive pumps. is this the best product for this or can you recommend something better. thanks

There are a lot of pre-workouts on the market for this, Ryan. We have just recently got a product in called Assault by Muscle Pharm. Use our search engine to find this. In my humble opinion, this is looking like it could be the best new pre-workout on the market at the highest dosages of each ingredient. It contains beta-alanine and a ton of nitric oxide / arginine, as well as an array of other mental focus and stimulants.

Big Blue is a sound choice if you decide to go with it. The feedback has been very good in its ability to buffer lactic acid build-up in the muscles and help consumer's complete more reps, set after set.

Take 4/5 capsules prior to training - 30 minutes beforehand. This is the dosage you need.

The main benefit of the product is as a pre-exercise product. You dont need to use it at other times.

Big Blue by Biorhythm: hi, im looking for something which satisfies all my needs, i.e. something which has creatine, beta alanine, and also nitric oxide, maybe with mental stimulants too, but thats not so important. ive looked at straight jacked but theres no beta alanine, and morph seems good but really expensive. im only a student and can t really afford that long term. is there anything you suggest that might cover my needs

Morph is truly excellent but as you say it certainly isn't cheap, a problem with any compound that has all of these areas satisfied to a high level. Have you considered Anadraulic State? This contains all of these compounds as well as some natural testosterone boosters and is very powerful. Unfortunately there aren't many products that combine all of these. You could look at the Reflex NOS Fusion and add in some basic creatine to make a more complete compound that would last longer for your money as an option.

Big Blue by Biorhythm: How does Big Blue compare to Sci-Mx Nitri-Mx NO2 I really liked the Sci-Mx Nitri-Mx NO2 and am looking for something even better and wondered whether this was the product for me Will the pumps be the same Cheers.

Al the Big Blue is a pump plus endurance product, so it is not strictly the same as Nitri-Mx NO2. Although Big Blue will help induce more powerful pumps it is actually more focused on the Beta Alanine, which helps limit lactic acid build up and allows you to perform more reps, sets and keep training much longer before your muscles tire out. I'd say the pump effect of Big Blue in terms of swollen muscles during training is less exciting than others but the endurance effect helps you train harder and longer and real muscle is the result.

You can, of course, stack Big Blue with another NO2 product if you wish for a heavy duty combo. Or you can look at a product like iSatori Morph which contains creatine, NO2 pump technology and Beta Alanine, so it does all of the above plus another creatine product, although obviously this makes it more expensive.

If it's strictly pump you are most interested in, stick with the NO2 or try a product like Edge NO by CEL.
