	04/05/2010	[Biorhythm] Arnge Krush: not sure on this one, first time i had it there was definately an increase in what i lifted i felt stronger than normal, but since that first time i havent noticed the same effect again and no bigger pump than usual. may work well for some but not me the flavour aint great either. tom

	15/07/2009	Arnge Krush [Biorhythm]: A good pre-workout drink but personally I prefer NO-Explode by BSN. I got better focus and drive from other pre-work out drinks. The taste isn t too bad (I have the Orange Flavour) but again NO-Explode tastes better in my opinion. Didn t make me as jittery as NO-Explode or NOX-Surge and seemed more released so may suit some more than others. Alex.

	03/07/2009	Arnge Krush by Biorhythm: I ve taken 3 N.O. sports supplements in as many months. Kicked off with N.O.Xplode which was awesome - my first ever. Then bought Superpump 250 to keep me ticking over, which again works well. But Arnge Krush is a slightly different animal in as much as it gives you all that you d expect from a N.O. supplement without the jittery feeling and the crash at the end. The energy and the pumps seem (to me) to be more sustatined over a longer period, whilst not making you feel over-stimulated. I could probably even risk taking this as late as 6pm as my Boxing sessions normally start at around 7. I say that realising though that some people are more sensitive to stimulants than others. Even good to take first thing before work as it does help you focus. Definitely recommend it. Richard

Prework Biohythm Androbolic (Muscle Pharm Assault Now, extra Arnge Krush (Nitirc Oxide) Post Workout Biorhythm After-Glow Midday Promax Diet as a meal supplement. Thanks Charles I am thinking in taking Biorhythm Arnge Krush, however i also taking (Muscle Pharm Assault as a pre-workout suppliement, i just wanted to know if they are compatable using both sports supplements.... 	Answer	Personally Charles, I would use one or the other - there's no real necessity to use both as they're intended to do the same things. Choose your favourite and save the other for another time and conserve your money. If you're truly just focused on nitric oxide production then O2 Positive by Biorhythm may be the best choice.

	Answer	Looks like a very good stack Joe for your goals. You may want to switch the Reflex Instant Whey out at some time for a slower release protein if you're looking to use it as a meal replacement product or in between meals. Try peptide Fusion by Reflex or Whey Express by Boditronics. Check the blend section of the website.

Derry	Question	Arnge Krush by Biorhythm: Hello, sorry to bother you but how long should i take this before workout for the full benefit
	Answer	Its no bother at all, love to help. 30 minutes usually does the trick, it means it will peak during your workout. If starting the workout is the tough bit, try 45 mins or longer as you'll notice a rush of energy before you start, which helps some people get motivated for the gym.

	Answer	Yes, that sounds good. Most user's usually find androbolix to be sufficient alone as a PCT for 19-nor-tren, but to be cautious you should aquire an anti-estrogen potent such as esto-suppress. The argne krush should prove a nice touch as it allows you to maintain the intensity in the post cycle period.

Have been off creatine for 4wks so will add the kre alkalyn i have to the mix next week. Was thinking of adding the arnge crush also in 2or3wks and afterglow.
