	27/02/2011	Biorhythm AdrenaLean: Got a sample of these, 6 tabs in all, took 2 on the first day, 1 at 6am (pre workout) the other at midday. no real lift or mental boost from it, but seems to have killed my appetite.. personally i was hoping for more of a lift from it, to help the early morning workouts. 	15/07/2009	AdrenaLean: I found this supplement very good when stacked with Synthrolean, in fact out of all the Fat Strippers I have used this combo has been the most effective. It does take a few weeks to work, or did for me at least but it is a great supplement. I even found on its own it is still a good supplement. It did make me a bit jittery but after a few days I was use to this and actually enjoyed the energy boost it gave. Alex.

	Answer	Hi Harry Cutting bodyfat is achievable whilst on cyclone. Simply ensure your body is in a state of negative calories meaning the total amount of energy e.g. calories, is less than what you require and your body will start to burn any excess bodyfat. Maintain 2 cyclone shakes per day to prevent catabolism and preserving muscle mass, tone and of course strength.

moobs	Question	Biorhythm AdrenaLean: Hi, I m a 31 year old male 6 ft and weigh 16 st...i take a prescribed drug stelazine 5mg once a night for social phobia s i smoke 20 a day, and pretty much out of shape...i have been going to the gym now for about 3 weeks and go 2 to 3 times a week, why I m on the cross trainer. for 30 minutes ,i worry about my safe heart rate,and sometimes go dizzy and light headed and thought you might be able to tell me what i should be aiming for that s safe for me and to carry on losing weight, with a healthy diet also to condition my muscles......if i go dizzy and light headed whilst doing weights as well, whats your suggestion, but i do like to push myself and feel like i had a work out the next day with my muscles aching
	Answer	If you have high blood pressure / heart rate it's advisable to steer clear of stimulants. That being said dark chocolate (high cocoa %) is great for releiving anxiety / promoting endorphins in the body from my experience :-) Focus on improving your diet to initially help you lose fat, it will help a lot.

Tom	Question	[Biorhythm] AdrenaLean: Hi im currently trying to bulk up and put muscle mass on, im eating a good diet and taking suitable supplements however i do have a need to lose a bit of my belly fat and just wanted to ask if this would be the best thing to take along side maybe the androbolix testosterone booster, my main aim is to lose the belly fat but also still be able to put on the muscle mass and preferably be able to gain weight in terms of muscle. I go to the gym very regularly. Any advice would be great
	Answer	Hi Tom. Yes you could stack this alongside Androbolix and it would make an effective stack. To achieve your goals though will require some careful planning in regards to your nutritional stategy. You should eat around maintenance calories and lift heavily in the gym.
