Biorhythm AdrenaLean: I found this product very good when stacked with Synthrolean, in fact out of all the Fat Strippers I have used this combo has been the most effective. It does take a few weeks to work, or did for me at least but it is a great product. I even found on its own it is still a good product. It did make me a bit jittery but after a few days I was use to this and actually enjoyed the energy boost it gave. Alex.

AdrenaLean [Biorhythm]: One of the worst fat burners ever! Seriously, no appetite supression , a horrible CRASH, and pretty much money down the drain. At the retail price, LIPO 6X or ARSON are far superior products with actual results! The serving size (1 ph capsule) should not be enough to stop you from trying the other great fat burners whose serving size can be up to 3 capsules. I think this product is mainly for someone who does nothing but cardio, and possibly minimal weight training. jon

AdrenaLean by Biorhythm: My husband and I have been using the stack of this and Synthro Lean. Not sure which one, or if its the combination, that does it, but energy levels are sky high, workouts are great, and we re both seeing our abs now. Shame the weathers gone off. Shelly

AdrenaLean [Biorhythm]: hi, im currently stacking adrenalean with synthrolean and pharma labs epi and milk thistle. I have been taking the epi and milk thistle for about 3 weeks and recently starting stacking the adrenalean and synthrolean. Since I have done this, every time i pass water it is a bright yellow colour, no matter how much fluid i take on myself. Is this normal for these products

Possibly Andy, as the products sometimes contain ingredients which can influence the colour of the urine. It will probably be in one of the fat burners. Rest assured they are safe to use though and if you're worried at anytime, simply discontinue.

[Biorhythm] AdrenaLean: Hi im currtently midway through an EPI (pharam Labs) 4 week, im planning a PCT of androbolix and esto suppress, would it be ok to add to the PCT Adrenalean and Synthrolean as I want to really get cut. I will also continue taking milk thistle throughout the PCT.

You could possibly do this Andy. Hopefully the crash isn't anything bad and the Androbolix along with esto suppress combat it nicely - and I'd imagine this to be the case. I would be weary of combining the two though as you don't want too much emphasis on fat loss supplements - you should be focusing on maintaining muscle mass through strength and maintaining a high protein intake. You could also cycle Regenerate by Biorhythm into the mix to assist greatly with this critical period.

Just ensure you train hard and heavy and keep that emphasis on higher protein if you intend to lose fat.

Definitely Mark, and I see no reason not to. With such an emphasis on fat loss, it's important you maintain the strength and size aspect of your overall emphasis on training and nutrition, so Androbolix would be a great addition to this stack.

I see your advice below in regards to taking ultralean FX with adrenalean, would this be a suitable combination. I am just over 16 stone and am looking to lose 4 stone asap is this for me

UltraLean FX already contains Synthrolean by Biorhythm, so stacking it with a yohimbine based product such as adrenalean would definitely accelerate your metabolism and kickstart fat loss. To compliment this, a diet high in fibre, complex carbohydrates and protein enriched is always the way to go. You should take an additional health supplement such as fish oil (olio by Biorhythm) for cardiovascular health and a multi-vit to boost the immune system whilst you diet down.

For training, i would try to include resistance training as this stimulates metabolic rate and encourages efficient, rapid fat loss. You can always take walks in the evening ect for extra cardiovascular work.

Hey, I know a lot of females that love the Biorhythm fat burner's and have had great results! I personally reccomend UltraLean FX - it's a fat burner that combined the adrenalean with various other great ingredients for fat loss.

Other tips for fat loss. Don't be afraid of weights. They are your best friends. They will keep your metabolism burning like a race hourse and keep the fat off 100x better than running on a tredmill. You aren't going to get huge over night, don't worry about that! But it's an excellent wat of improving your overall health and shedding bodyfat. 3 simple weight training sessions a week combined with a diet high in protein and fibre with the help of a great fat burner = certain results.
