Jon a 5kg tub contains approx 17 full servings. However a full serving is 6 scoops and we believe that this is simply too large. From our experience 2 to 3 scoops is large enough for one high calorie meal. This gives between 34 and 51 servings per tub. IIt is important to use one serving immediately after weight training. If you are having trouble gaining size from regular meals an extra serving early in the day is recommended until you gain weight. With 2 x 2 scoop servings you get just under a month. |

Regarding any protein product, I would always advise mixing with water - as you are paying for a highly refined, quality protein supplement, that is cold processed to avoid denaturing by heat. If you ever mix with milk, you are mixing with a poor qualityy, cheap, sticky, and damaged heat (pasturised) treated protein. However....adding milk does add calories, so if you really are trying to save your powder and sacrifice quality, then go ahead and add any type of milk you prefer. |
