Hi Charlie. You can use the carbo charge alongside meals during the day to t9op up your overall calorie content / potentiate insulin alongside meals. |

Atlas Carbo Charge: Stupid question i guess...but would this be ok to add to the garnell As-one40 all in one supplement as well as the applied nutrition critical mass |
|
Answer |
Certainly Michael, you can do this. The most important thing is you hit your daily targets of macronutrients for the day, so if this helps you do that, go for it. |

Question |
Carbo Charge [Atlas]: hi there i have been using PHD pharma gain and am pleased with ther results but am having to cut back on spending due to cash flow problems, so i wondere if i got a tub of nutrisport +90 protine and a tub of carbo charge and mixed the two together would it make a good high protine weight gain at a cheeper price |
|
Answer |
Hi Ozzy,
What about Nutrisports own weight gainer, which would kill two birds with one stone? They also do an all-in-one similar to Pharma Gain that may interest you and work out cheaper. But either way, yes, this would be fine. |

Question |
Carbo Charge [Atlas]: Hi guys Is there a way of making a homemade brew for recovery after either hard resistance training sessions or boxing sessions This stuff seems to be very good value based on the amount of it you get per pound - it almost pays for itself. Just a shot in the dark but I was thinking of mixing up the following. And feel free to correct me if I m wrong or if indeed you know of a better mixture 30g serving of Atlas Carbo Charge 5g Nutrisport Glutamine 5g Nutrisport Creatine Half of one scoop of Nutrisport Whey protein isolate I m not so much interested in muscular gains but I would like to be able to recover much faster after tough sessions. The plan is to sip this immediately after training when I think I ll need it most. I think I have a pretty decent handle on protein but I understand that carbs are important too, so I just want to make the best use of them without gaining unnecessary weight. Many thanks Richard |

Answer |
Hi Richard
That homemade shake seems fine to be honest you have all the benefits of glutamine and creatine in there i.e. improved muscle recovery rates and re-saturation of ATP as well as a fast acting whey protein and sufficient amount of cabohydrates.
As long as you are getting a minimum of 25g of protein after training this should help significantly reduce Delayed Onset of Muscle Sorness (DOMS) and the 30g of carbs will replenish glycogen |

Question |
Carbo Charge by Atlas: i want to bulk up but would this help me put more weight on so i am less skinny and more bulked |
|
Answer |
More calories regardless of their source will help you add weight. This may be a good product for you if you have a fast metabolism or heavy workload, as it helps you load up your energy stores and work more efficiently. Just ensure your protein intake is optimal, too. |
